Cream Of Wheat Pancakes
(6 servings) Printable Version
- 3 cups pancake mix
- 3 cups Cream of Wheat
- 4 cups low-fat milk
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- vegetable cooking spray
Blend milk, egg and vegetable oil; stir into cereal mixture.
Pour a 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbly and then turn and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Regular store-bought pancake mix gets a healthy, hearty flavor and texture with the addition of Cream of Wheat hot cereal.

These have the texture of corn meal pancakes.

I was disappointed with the texture and taste of these pancakes. I had enjoyed cream of wheat pancakes at IHop restaurant and they discontinued them.
