Oatmeal Egg White Pancake
(1 serving) Printable Version
- 1 envelope of Weight Control cinnamon oatmeal
- 3 large egg whites
- 3/4 cup of water (temperature unimportant)
Add 3 uncooked egg whites mixed into cooked oatmeal and stir with a fork.
In omelet-size non-stick pan, pour mixture and cook at medium-high.
When golden brown, flip.
When other side is done... enjoy!
17 grams protein; 200 calories; 6 grams fiber

This is actually pretty cool. It's like a quick, weird pancake. Might be too strange for some, but I kinda liked it.

Not the consistency of "real" pancakes but still very yummy. And it does a lot to satisfy the craving.
