This cereal described itself as "the best wight management cereal." Additional text from the box read, "Made with organic grains... 30% RDI calcium... 10g protein... good source of fiber... 50% RDI of 10 essential vitamins & minerals... 50% RDI of folic acid and iron... (and) low fat."
Going from a picture of the cereal on the box, we know this was mainly comprised of O-shaped, Cherrios-esque cereal pieces with freeze-dried strawberries, although it also looks like it could have included some flaked pieces as well.
The first ingredient on the side panel was "grain and fiber blend" which was made up of wheat bran, oat flour, corn flour, oat bran and wheat flour.
This cereal appears to have been discontinued. There is no mention of it on the company's current site (2011).
