This is a "no sugar added" version of classic Alpen cereal. One box described it as an "all natural muesli" that's an "excellent fiber source (with) very low sodium."

Alpen cereal is fantastic. It has whole grains, hazelnuts, raisins and no sugar. I love this cereal warm with milk, honey and bananas. Alpen provides lots of energy for the busy person on the go. I highly recommend this cereal for its minimal and pure ingredients.
