This cereal is basically Arrowhead Mills' version of Kellogg's Frosted Mini-Wheats. It's described on the box as a "bite size cereal" that provides "41g whole grain per serving."

In 2011, the company's website said, "(Our) Sweetened Shredded is lightly sweetened, rich in fiber and low in fat, with no salt added. Purely wheat, from the pure earth."
