The complete name of this cereal is Nature's Path Organic Smart Bran With Psyllium & Oatbran. The box points out that it's "heart healthy... USDA organic... (and has) 13g fiber per serving."

The cereal pieces could be described as pellet-like. The first four ingredients listed on the side panel are organic wheat bran, organic oat fiber, organic evaporated cane juice and organic psyllium seed husk.

Psyllium is a soluble fiber that is known to help lower cholesterol.

I love this cereal and used to buy it at Mother's and Whole Foods but can't find it anywhere in the last few years. Does anyone know why?
