According to the back of the introductory box: "Quaker Multigrain Flakes have the taste you love for an ideal morning start with delicious honey and almonds, a satisfying crunch, and 44 g of whole grain goodness to help fill you up."
It shows the featured ingredients as natural vanilla flavor with other natural flavors, real almonds, whole grain oats and natural honey flavor with other natural flavors.
The complete list of ingredients on the nutrition panel are whole grain rolled oats, whole grain wheat flour, brown rice flour, brown sugar, whole grain rolled wheat, polydextrose, canola oil, whey, almonds, inulin, nonfat dry milk, tocopherols (preservative), whey protein concentrate, honey and natural flavor.
At the same time this cereal was introduced, Quaker also introduced a Cranberry Apple version of the same cereal.
