The organic cereal is described on the front of the box as consisting of "cereal flakes, granola & Italian dark chocolate." The back of the box describes it like this: "A delicious combination of taste and love. Indulge in a delightfully delicious bowl of cereal. With organic chocolate cereal flakes, crunchy clusters of granola, Italian dark chocolate chunks and succulent raspberries and strawberries. You'll be in love at first bite."
The first 10 ingredients listed on the nutrition panel are corn meal, whole-grain rolled oats, cane sugar, whole wheat meal, Fair Trade dark chocolate chunks, molasses, sunflower oil, oat bran, Fair Trade cocoa powder and dried coconut.
Each 1 cup serving of the cereal has 200 calories, 4.5 grams total fat (1.5 grams saturated and 0 grams trans fat), 0 mg cholesterol, 140 mg sodium, 36 grams total carbs, 3 grams dietary fiber, 12 grams sugar and 4 grams protein.
Short Review By Mr Breakfast: I loved this cereal. It's very chocolaty. The texture is interesting due to flakes intermingling with granola. The bits of berry make each spoonful taste unique depending on the amount and type of berry you get in each bite. I totally recommend this cereal.
