From: Nutritious Living
Introduced in 2008

A press release announcing the introduction of this product, dated March 14, 2008, described Omega-3 Harmony like this:

"Made with lightly sweetened whole grain flakes, walnut pieces and dried cranberries, Omega-3 Harmony cereal provides 1,000 milligrams of Omega-3s per serving. The use of 100 percent ground flaxseeds allows the body to easily digest and absorb the Omega-3 fatty acids. Each serving of Omega-3 Harmony cereal is a natural source of B-vitamins, iron, magnesium, selenium and zinc and contains nine grams of fiber."

In early 2009, Nutritious Living's website gave this description of Omega-3 Harmony:

"We've created Omega-3 Harmony to provide a true harmony between your taste buds and the rest of your body. A combination of lightly-sweetened whole grain flakes, tasty walnut pieces, and dried cranberries provides wholesome, delicious taste in every bite. Unlike other brands that use whole flaxseeds, which are likely to pass through your body without being digested, we add 100% ground flaxseed directly to our whole grain flakes, so that your body can more easily digest and absorb the valuable Omega-3 essential fatty acids. "
