Heat margarine or butter in large frying pan. Dip banana bread in beaten egg. Fry in frying pan until golden brown on both sides.


Maybe not the best French toast recipe submitted the site. It's just banana bread dipped in beaten egg and fried. Then again, sometimes simplicity tastes best. If you try it, please be sure to comment.
