This terrific recipe is brunch favorite around our house. When pressed for time, I make it the night before and it still tastes great when reheated in the morning.

This is a family favorite - we've been making this for years!! We make cheesy potatoes for all the special occasions. You can even freeze in small containers and then cook later. Instead of crackers you can top with corn flakes. We usually leave ours plain with no toppings.
