Minty Fruit Salad

- 1 cantaloupe - seeds removed and cut into small pieces or balls
- 1 apple - cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound grapes - halved
- 2 kiwis - peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh mint - chopped
- additional mint for garnish
The mint provides a fresh morning wake-up call. Healthy and exciting.
