Minty Fruit Salad

(4 servings)

  • 1 cantaloupe - seeds removed and cut into small pieces or balls
  • 1 apple - cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound grapes - halved
  • 2 kiwis - peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint - chopped
  • additional mint for garnish
Combine all the fruit and toss. Just before serving, add the mint and toss again. Garnish with mint sprigs.


The mint provides a fresh morning wake-up call. Healthy and exciting.
