Flames (Eggs With Salami)

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 milk
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese
  • spicy salami - sliced into thin pieces
  • hot sauce (optional)
Whisk together the eggs and milk. Fry like an omelet in a frying pan over medium heat.

When the egg is almost completely set, place Provolone cheese slices on top. Top that with salami strips and hot sauce.

Fold omelet in half and fry for 2 minutes with a lid on to steam the flavors together and finish cooking the egg.


This Italian wonder is spicy and easy to make. Top with a little chopped fresh basil if desired.
