Hawaiian Sandwiches

  • 16 slices of bacon
  • 8 pieces toasted white bread
  • 1 20-ounce can sliced pineapple - drained
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.

Place 8 slices of toast on a baking sheet. Place a slice of pineapple, two slices of bacon and a slice of cheese on each. Broil until cheese is melted.


Serve hot! Perfect for a brunch! The combination of bacon, pineapple and Cheddar is amazing.

Bacon and pineapple are great together! I did it with wheat bread. Next time, I'm going to add a fried egg too.

Bacon goes with everything! This is like a Hawaiian pizza. It'd probably be good with eggs on it too.

Aloha! This is delicious. I like Hawaiian style pizza so a Hawaiian breakfast sandwich was a no-brainer for me.
