Awesome for the simple fact that it feeds many mouths deliciously. Easy to put together for a busy morning before brunch. We have served it with many variations (try green chiles and chorizo for a little pop), always to great success. Thank you.

This is such a quick recipe and really easy! I used frozen tater tots (I thawed them for about 3 minutes in microwave) as I didn't have shredded hash browns and it was a lazy Sunday morning... didn't want to make my own! It turned out GREAT! Thanks so much for this recipe. It will be a permanent part of breakfast meals! :)

I have made Dave's Mom's casserole many times over the years - always to great success. It feeds a number, is perfect for a brunch main dish, and, with a spinach leaf salad, has all the food groups!
