Pa Amb Tom Aquet (Spain)

- 2 pounds country white bread
- 1/2 pound of red tomatoes
- 0.8kg (about 28 ounces) ham (parma or iberican) if posible
- 0.1l (about 2 teaspoons) of olive oil
- salt
You can also toast the bread and spread some garlic before the tomato.

It is "pa amb tomaquet" (catalonian for "pan con tomate")

Yup, I have this quite often... but for lunch or dinner. It's yummy.

Hi Mr Breakfast,
I hope you'll find the time the correct the outrageous spelling of the word tomaquet that you currently have. It's tomaquet, with no capitals, no circumflexes, no Euro's, just a left-slanted accent on top of the 'a'. Thanks! Also mayo I add, for your vegan readers, that the ham can be left out completely and the result will be as very traditional, if not more.
