- 1 herb bouquet tarragon
- Italian parsley and chives
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 cup raw broccoli -- chopped
- 1 cup raw mushrooms -- chopped

I didn't have tarragon, so I used parsley, chives, basic and thyme. I sauteed the spinach and mushrooms together first and treated them like a filling, along with about 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar. Raw vegetables didn't seem right. It was overall very good.
