This place was absolutely disgusting. The tables were filthy (my arms got stuck to the table). Eating utensils were dirty. There was fly tape hanging out in the open, covered with flies. There was no ventilation system so customers (and the people cooking and serving the food) were covered in sweat. We were unable to see out the windows cause they were covered in a film of dirt and condensation. The butter that came on the side of my waffle had crumbs in it, so I was left to wonder if it was recycled from a customer before me. Food was nothing to write home about. They only do breakfast and lunch, the easiest meals to prepare, and they're horrible. Serving instant pancake mix purchased from the Walmart that's a 100 yards away doesn't make anyone a chef or someone who should own a resturaunt. Honestly, it reminded me of a place you'd see in a low budget horror movie or on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

The standard breakfast menu is as good or better than elsewhere, but the reason to come here is for the often wonderful (and unusually healthy) breakfast specials. The women who do the cooking here can be quite creative.

My only complaint is that the woman who appears to be the owner too openly criticizes her wait staff... sometimes even commenting upon their personal lives (several have left... sometimes in tears... over the years). Oh, wait... I also feel that a restaurant is no place to bring one's dog, no matter how well behaved (and they have a wonderfully majestic one here, the size of a pony!). Still, this simply goes against their apparent interest in healthful meals.
