Easy Banana Bread

Cooking Notes:

This recipe makes one 9 1/2 X 5-inch loaf or three 6 X 3 1/2-inch mini loaves.

The only hard part of this easy recipe is waiting 45 minutes while the beautiful aroma tempts your waiting nose.

The best banana bread recipe I ever made! I added chopped walnuts. I did as another person said to do as I baked it one hour and put tin foil over it the last 25 min so it would not burn. Thanks for sharing this recipe. So delicious! Nancy R.

I've never made bread, muffins or anything like that before. So I can say, from a genuine amateur perspective that it is REALLY EASY! Just as good or better than the (expensive) breads from the bakery at the grocery store. Good one!

Cream means to mix butter and sugar until you obtain a soft cream out of it. :) I am going to try this recipe. Hope it's good.

What does it mean to "cream" the sugar and margarine?
