Beat and add the eggs. Slowly add the flour, salt, and baking soda. Pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 35 to 45 minutes. ![]() Cooking Notes: This recipe makes one 9 1/2 X 5-inch loaf or three 6 X 3 1/2-inch mini loaves. The best banana bread recipe I ever made! I added chopped walnuts. I did as another person said to do as I baked it one hour and put tin foil over it the last 25 min so it would not burn.
