I only get to go to Flapjacks once a year!!! My friends and I go to IRP together every year and do breakfast at Flapjacks on Friday and Saturday morning!!! The service is great and the food is fabulous!!! There is also a waitress I am quite fond of...I call her Saturday because that's when I see her!!! I don't know her name...but she is just beautiful and always has a smile on her face!!!

Flap Jack's is one of my favorites. My dad and I meet there almost every Saturday morning for breakfast. Sometimes you'll have to wait for a table, but not usually more than about 10 minutes. The place is owned by a Greek family, so try to Mediterranean skillet. Definitely my favorite.
