Along with the jaw-dropping array of omelet choices(I believe there were 100!), there were a few other things about this charming restaurant that really impressed me. I have never before seen a restaurant offer gluten free bread as an option and even the large-scale coffeehouses haven't gotten it through their heads that not all Lactose Intolerant people can drink soy. This place offers gluten-free bread and Almond Milk. One last truly impressive option was the little green packets of Stevia in the Raw mixed in with the pink, blue, yellow and whites. This restaurant is a true trailblazer in my eyes as far as offering healthy and natural options for everyone. Oh Yeah...and the food was amazing too!

I've made over 5 visits here to sample the food, saw them on the food network where they serverd this huge omelet that had all sorts of sweet things inside. Not bad, the other items I tried were not great nor did they stand out. Items inside omletes were not chopped small enough, or items were not of good quality. I've given up and since stopped going here after all the disappointment.

This is the place for omelettes. Not to mention they have a killer hot sauce selection. Theres about 30 different hot sauces and over 100 omelettes to try

If you are looking for a great breakfast, look no further. The Egg Plantation serves up the most delicious variety of morning fare you'll find in the North Los Angeles area! Try a different omelette every time, or stick with your favorite, but whatever your choice, you won't be disappointed. Coffee from Newhall Roasting Company adds to the overall delicious dining experience. And their service can't be beat - go say "cheers" to Simon and Shannon, and enjoy your breakfast at the Egg Plantation!

An excellent choice for breakfast in the Newhall/Valencia/Santa Clarita area. With 101 omlette choices as well as other selections you will definately find something to your liking. Very busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings but they have coffee set up outside for the people waiting. Indoor and outdoor smoke free seating and a full service bar. Try the peanut butter stuffed french toast with bananas on top......awesome!
