You know when you have to wait for a table, that breakfast is going to be good! We waited about 5 minutes late on a Saturday morning. Glad we did... service was great and coffee refills were prompt. My 14 year old ordered a small breakfast burrito and loved every bit of it, and my chile verde omelet was outstanding. I love breakfast places with fun atmosphere, and Soby's is just that. You sit close, the decor is kitschy and fun, and the wait staff is glad you came in. What more can you ask for?

Gringo Burrito is the world's perfect food item. So large they even make a half order for regular people. Eggs, sausage, gravy, potatoes, sauces, beans, cheese, more gravy, more sausage, more sauces, more beans inside and out of the wrap. No other breakfast food even comes close, and I don't even like breakfast burrito's.

Known for their Mexican breakfast menu, but they've got a great Chicken Fried Steak. Their CFS is as good as Main Street OverEasy, and the CatEye Cafe. Intimate; hand crafted food; friendly service.
