This really is a neighborhood restaurant. Go when the outdoor patio is open for the season. It's whimisical and fun, with brightly colored umbrellas offering shade over each table. Coffee, pastries and breads are in abdundance, as part of your breakfast. They come while you're waiting for your cooked-to-order items, which are very good. "Juice" is not so great, but overall this place is a treat and well worth a special trip.
I like taking my little niece here when I visit. It's family friendly.

Very cute, fun, and friendly restaurant with a wonderful vine-enclosed terrace in Somerville just minutes from Union Sq. easily accessable by both public transportation and car.

Seconds after you order, they start filling your table with orange juice (not their best feature), a plate of sweet homemade pastries, toast, muffins, and a choice of baked apple or fresh cantaloupe. This in combination with the never ending coffee flow, should be enough for most mornings and people. But there is more...
You may chose between popular breakfast foods such as eggs any stile, spiced hashed browns, linguiça, and (not too fluffy) pancakes to name but a few all included in the price.

Go there because of the ambiente, the service, the outdoor seating, the all-you-can-eat buffet on Fridays, or the mountains of food. Do not expect lean cuisine!
