Visited this summer and was really pleased with the quality of the food and must say that our waitress was awsome, she was funny, and caring at the same time will definately return on my next trip to Lincoln.

the wait staff is awesome. very friendly and most of them very efficient. what a wonderful change seeing people work and having fun

The Sunny Day Diner, been there once on vaca and I still remember how good it was. I went on a weekday morning so I couldn't tell you if there was a line on the weekends. Food was great, lot's of variety and lot's of fresh baked pastries made on premises, this would lead me to believe that with the frash pastry and plenty of parking that it could very well get packed on the weekends even though its out on a main road with nothing around it. Good place try it, you'll like it.
