Pina Colada Tofu Shake

Pina Colada Tofu Shake

(1 serving)    Printable Version
  • 1/3 brick silken tofu
  • 8 oz soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 tsp coconut extract
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


This makes a delicious, rich shake.

@ fattyboombarine - what kind of substitute is that? Obviously the family will like the milkshake you just made - with none of the nutrition the tofu was there for!

I didn't have coconut extract, so I substituted 1 Tbs. creamed coconut (no sugar added). I also tripled the recipe and refridgerated the rest. It could use a little sweetener, but it's lo-cal and satisfying and best of all it's good for you!

This shake was awesome dude my whole family loved it...i substituted the tofu with ice-cream though and id was delicious. thanx 4 a great recipe!!!
