Sausage And Egg Breakfast Pizza

- 1 16-ounce package breakfast sausage - cooked/crumbled/drained
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes - thawed
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese - shredded
- 5 large eggs - beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make A Sausage And Egg Breakfast Pizza
Separate crescent dough into eight triangles. Place in an ungreased 12" pizza pan with points toward the center.
Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust and seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust, sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour into crust. Sprinkle over all.
Bake in 375 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
Only a loser would eat cold pizza for breakfast when there's hot Sausage and Egg Breakfast Pizza in the world.

This recipe has my favorite, sausage. My family even like the taste of this breakfast pizza. I probably would make this pizza again.

This is a good recipe... but definitely doesn't beat out cold New York pizza... eaat4 obviously has never had NEW YORK pizza for breakfast.

This is a great recipe, it's quick, I usually double up and use the larger cookie sheet.
