Peach Kolaches

- 2 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 2 packages instant yeast
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 jar of peach preserves
In mixing bowl, lightly beat the egg, Add sugar and salt and stir to mix.
Pour milk into bowl, stir, cool to lukewarm. Add yeast, and gradually add flour. Knead until smooth. Cover and let rise until doubled (1 hour).
Roll into 2-inch balls, place 1 inch apart on baking sheet, cover and let rise 30 minutes. Create depression in middle of roll, place 1 Tablespoon peach preserves into each hollow.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
You can use any quality fruit preserve, preferably homemade. This recipe makes about 36 rolls, so you will need an entire jar of preserves.

No it is 1 Tbls of salt. Compare it to similar recipes and you will see.

I think you mean 1 TSP of salt... not 1 TBLSP.
