Honey Butter
(8 servings) Printable Version
- 1/2 cup butter - softened
- 1/2 cup honey
- cinnamon - if desired
If desired, add cinnamon to taste. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon per cup of honey butter works well.
A Note About This Recipe:
It is as easy as it looks. This honey butter is just as good and probably better than honey butter sold in the grocery store.
You don't need to follow the recipe exactly. If you just want to make one quick serving, mix 1 Tablespoon softened butter with 1 Tablespoon honey. As long as you mix equal parts honey with equal parts butter, you're going to have success.
With just two ingredients and a quick mix, you get a sweet topping for toast, pancakes and a million other things.
