Cinnamon Peanut Butter Chip Scones

  • 2 cups Bisquick or similar baking mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Reese's peanut butter baking chips
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • additional cream
  • additional sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine Bisquick, sugar, cinnamon, and peanut butter chips. Stir in whipping cream, egg, and vanilla.

Pat into an 8-inch circle on a greased baking sheet. Cut into 8 wedges. Brush with additional whipping cream and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.

A great addition to your morning coffee or a wonderful treat to share at brunch. Requires Bisquick or similar baking mix.
