Fresh Berry & Honey Yogurt Smoothie
(1 serving) Printable Version
- 1 ounce fresh raspberries
- 1 ounce fresh blueberries
- 1 ounce fresh blackberries
- 1 ounce fresh strawberries
- 1 and 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender. Pulse until smooth and well-combined.
If you'd like to try something different, top off your smoothie with a handful of crunchy granola and eat it with a spoon like a fruity yogurt parfait.
With 4 different berries, creamy yogurt and the natural sweetness of honey, this smoothie is a healthy and delicious wake-me-up.

I did it with blueberries, strawberries and a banana. I used vanilla yogurt. Very refreshing.
