Fresh Berry & Honey Yogurt Smoothie

(1 serving)

  • 1 ounce fresh raspberries
  • 1 ounce fresh blueberries
  • 1 ounce fresh blackberries
  • 1 ounce fresh strawberries
  • 1 and 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 5 or 6 ice cubes
Note: You can use any combination of berries that you like... just be sure that the total amount is about 4 ounces or around 1 cup.

Place all ingredients in the blender. Pulse until smooth and well-combined.

If you'd like to try something different, top off your smoothie with a handful of crunchy granola and eat it with a spoon like a fruity yogurt parfait.


With 4 different berries, creamy yogurt and the natural sweetness of honey, this smoothie is a healthy and delicious wake-me-up.
