Akoori
(2 servings) Printable Version
- 4 large eggs
- 2 medium onions
- 2 Tablespoons green coriander - chopped
- 2 green chillies - chopped
- 1 tomato - chopped
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 Tablespoons clarified butter
Add coriander, chillies and tomato and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove pan from fire.
Break eggs into a bowl and beat a few strokes until whites and yolks are well blended.
Add to onion mixture and mix well.
Add salt.
Return pan to fire and cook slowly - stirring all the time - until the mixture is the consistency of soft scrambled eggs.
A spicy scrambled egg dish from India with onions, coriander, chillies and tomatoes.

Its very good to cook & eat due to its short time & less ingredients.
