Note From Recipe Submitter:
Hi all - Tina from Nanuet, NY here. My friend (Hi Maggie) asked me to post this recipe on Mister Breakfast so she could have easy access to it. She seemed to like it... I hope you all do. It's super easy. Enjoy!

Each bite has eggs, potatoes, peppers, onions and bacon. You could also replace the bacon with diced ham or cooked and crumbled bacon. Any cheese will work. We prefer Cheddar.

Mr Breakfast would like to thank TinaNY for this recipe.
