Breakfast On A Stick II (Camping)

  • 1 12-ounce package fully-cooked smoked sausage links
  • 1 package refrigerated breadsticks
Spear each sausage on stick or hot dog fork. Coil one breadstick dough around each sausage link, pinching ends. Rotate slowly until bread is browned and sausage is heated through. Serve with maple syrup for dipping.


There's nothing like breakfast over a warm campfire - as easy to make as a hot dog.

It was very tasty, but you have to be really careful. If the the sausage isn't super snug in the dough, the dough will fall into the fire. We had a few bad ones, but finally my wife started putting them together and we ended up having a very fun breakfast.
