Munch's Medley

Munch's Medley

(1 serving)    Printable Version
  • 5 or 6 strawberries
  • 1/4 honeydew melon
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 apple
  • 3 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 small handful pumpkin seeds
  • mint leaves - for garnish
Prep time: 4 minutes.

Halve the strawberries. Slice the banana. Place pieces in a mixing bowl.

Core the apple. Peel and cube the kiwi fruit. Add to mixing bowl.

Slice the melon from the skin and cube. Add to bowl.

Drizzle all fruit with honey. Add pumpkin seeds and gently mix everything together.

Place fruit mix into a breakfast bowl or ice cram glass. Top with Greek yogurt and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!

Note From Recipe Submitter:
This is not a good recipe to eat while you have a hangover. The reason being is because the fruit sugar and the potassium from the banana will trigger off that "Groggy" feeling you get from a good night before!! Instead, enjoy this before the gym or as I like to have it, on the balcony as the world wakes up... Munch

A mix of five fruits with honey, yogurt and pumpkin seeds and little fresh mint if desired.

I'm not sure who this guy Munch is, but I like his mix of stuff. I didn't think the melon would fit in with the other stuff, but it was great. I had to skip the kiwi because I didn't have any. I dug it. Thanks Munch, whoever you are.
