Banana Pancakes (Fish Creek House B&B)

2 cups bisquick mix
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 extremely ripe bananas (the ones that are brown and too soft to eat) - mashed
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients together very well, final mixture will be a little lumpy. Prepare a medium-hot skillet, lightly oiled. Lightly dust finished pancakes with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite syrup.

Served up these to guests at the Fish Creek House Bed and Breakfast in Whitehall Montana... you're good to go for your Big Sky adventures

Very good!. I'm always looking for a new recipe to use older bananas and I am a big fan of bisquick.
