Smoothie Breakfast Pops

  • 12 ounces (usually 2 containers) of low-fat plain or vanilla or strawberry yogurt
  • 1 16-ounce package frozen whole strawberries - partially thawed
  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk

Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into little paper or styrofoam drinking cups.
