This is for real. My mom got this from an advertisement for Spam. And it's delicious. I don't care if people do make fun of Spam.

Mr Breakfast would like to thank susan for this recipe.

Try this with an over-easy egg. Pop the yolk right before you put the top on.

I've loved Spam and eggs every since I was a little kid in the 70s. No reason to stop now. I give this recipe my personal thumbs-up!

I grew up on Spam. In fact, we considered it a special treat in our house. You can use it anytime a recipe asks for a sausage patty.

Spam is a much maligned and under-appreciated breakfast contributor. I first discovered it in the Navy and found it to be a pleasant diversion from time to time.

While this is a great recipe by itself, I have more of a spam tip. If you sprinkle a light coat of sugar on both sides of the slices before you brown, you get a wonderful sweet kick with the spam slices. I've tried it on this recipe before and it still works great!
