Pollo Salsa just started serving breakfast. In my area there are only two choices for breakfast not counting yucky fast food joints. Pollo Salsa offers scrambled eggs (huevos) in a variety of Mexican and American recipes. My kids like the breakfast burritos and me, I like the traditional Southern breakfast of eggs, bacon, hash browns and coffee.
