One word. BACON.
Bacon that actually tastes like MEAT, not fried mystery stuff. Fluffy pancakes, meaty bacon, killer Dutch Babies (puff pancakes). Weekends always look packed, but those lines move FAST!

Our family tradition. Mostly 'cause of the BACON. (Which you can call ahead a nd buy uncooked to take back to the condo as wel!)
