Fantastic French Toast
(4 servings) Printable Version
Beat slightly with a fork till blended.
In a medium sized skillet melt butter or margarine.
Dip bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides of each.
Fry bread until golden brown on one side; turn and fry second side. Top each toast slice with some chopped peanuts.
Then in a small saucepan blend maple syrup and Peanut Butter. Heat and stir till warm and pour over the French toast.
Enjoy Fantastic French Toast with Stupendous Maple Syrup.

I didn't like the crunchy peanuts on top, but the peanut butter syrup was fun. Not the best I've ever had, but it was definitely pretty good.

I don't agree with Hungryman. R U crazy???!!! Deserves 6 stars. I'm 10 years old and I like this and my whole family.
