Corned Beef Hash Deluxe

  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans corned beef hash
  • 1 red or green bell pepper -- seeded and minced
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 medeum onion -- minced
  • 2 cloves garlic -- minced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and pepper; saute until softened.

Stir in the other ingredients and cook over medium high heat until thoroughly heated.


An easy way to take a regular can of corned beef and make it special.

I think it means for you use the corned beef with potatoes already in it and this is meant to build on that with peppers, etc. I get it.
