We were greeted at the door like we were family and the experience just kept getting better. The service was superb. The food was fresh and prepared perfectly.
My wife who is not a meat lover and serious critic loved the friendly atmosphere, food(biscuits & gravy) and the amazing cleanliness of the Scrambler's restaurant.
To our friends all over the country I highly recommend Scramblers in Springfield, Missouri.
Welcome to Scramblers where coffee and GRAVY are a beverage!
I can not believe that they have not taken Scramblers nationwide. This concept is ready to franchise.
We will visit Scramblers next time we visit our kids in Springfield!

I took my children into the Scramblers on republic road & national last friday for breakfast and just loved the look of the place. We sat at the table and wondered when the server was going to come and take our order, but she was busy talking to another server in the corner. However, a manager from the kitchen in a white cooks coat came out to check on things, and I told him the delima. He got our drinks and a server came over quickly after he said something to them. the experience was good over all and he even told the kids bye when we left. We'll be back in town again and we're stopping here.

If you leave Scrambler hungry, it's your own fault.

Good food for a reasonable price. Service at the Campbell and Chestnut store is unprofessional to say the least. This morning, the waitress seemed overwhelmed with 7 customers, and found it necessary to complain and blame others for not doing their jobs. She found it difficult or impossible to accept responsibility for the store. No one wants to hear a waitress call customers "cheap" for not tipping - especially when a tip was not earned.

Several from my office meet at the Republic Rd Scramblers weekly and have found the service and breakfast menu excellent. Julie and her crew provide a clean facility and the food is always cooked to order or they will make it right!

I dont work at Scramblers but i wish i could, the environment at the Scramblers on Republic Road and National is so lively and fun. The staff are always energenic and full of life, they make every trip there way worth while. The food is always good and it doesn't take to long to get it either. I highly recomend a trip there anytime for breakfast or lunch.

We had lunch at Scramblers on West Chestnut. We were greeted promptly and seated. Our server was there very quickly and took our order.
The food was delicious and the service superb. We took our server's suggestion for the special.
Other people in the restaurant also saw to our needs.

Today I visited the Scramblers at Chestnut and Campbell in Springfield.
No one took my order after 20 min.
I did get coffee.
I used to meet with some of my co-workers here on Wednesdays.
We have stopped going because of poor service.

We had a coupon for "buy one omelette get one double scrambler free" expired &/31/04. We went in Easter morning and told our waitress about the coupon and she told us what we could order for a double scrambler. When we went to the cashier she said "absolutely not good on holidays". Moral of the story, we will dine elsewhere. Barb

We've eaten at two Scramblers restaurants in Springfield, several times on several trips. We love the food. In fact, we found this review website while trying to find an online recipe for Scramblers Breakfast Casserole, which is my wife's favorite. The grits are great, too, if you like grits as I do. Their raisin bread is wonderful. My wife ordered some from Jimmy's Egg a few days ago and her comment was, "It isn't like Scramblers." The servers are friendly, too. During our last visit, a cook received delivered flowers from his wife, and the entire room gave a big "Ahhh" and a round of applause. That's happy customers.
No, we don't work their or own stock in the company. We're just glad that there's a not-too big place to get good food when we're visiting Springfield.
