05/02/09 WE WERE IN THERE FOR BREAKFAST AND THERE WERE NO ONE IN THE SERVING AREA. WE HOLLARED A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THEY STILL DIDN'T COME. I EVEN DROP A TRAY ON THE FLOOR AND THEY STILL DIDN'T COME. SO WE WENT TWO DOORS DOWN TO MAC DONALDS AND HAD OUR BREAKFAST.

I was in Hardies here in Maryville, Tn. and IT WAS a bad restraunt. IT IS ACROSS FROM Midland Square. I have 4 complain cards. How do I get them to you? The kitchen staff was singing using cell phones. There was no one at the desk. Then this black worker came to the desk, listening to his cell phone. He took my order as he talked on his cell phone. We got our meal and tried to get condiments which were not out. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that she was in the office counting money. I said that she needed to be out here supervising. If I were the owner, I would have fired her on the spot. I was trying to get the condoments and had to go to the kitchen where the cooks were to be. They were horsing around, one was on her cell phone. the manager who was a shift supervisor, admitted that they shouldn't be on cell phones. I looked into the kitchen and the floors were dirty, things stacked up, disarranged in general. I would have fired all of them. The place was not clean in the least and staff playing which I am sure the supervisor heard them. The black employee says to me " Oh, I know how you feel, this is the worst Hardies in maryville

THE HARDIES IN MYRTLE BEACH SC ARE ALL GREAT BREAKFAST, THERE BURGERS REG AND LOW CARB NICE TO HAVE CHOICE, THEY COULD USE MORE SALAD SELECTIONS. MC D'S IS AWFULL ONLY PLAY PLACE FOR KIDIES THERE BURGERS ARE GROSS GREECE FILLED AND THIN AND FRIES USED TO BE GOOD NO MORE THOUGH. THEONLY GOOD ABOUT THEM IS SALADS. BURGER KING #2 BEHIND HARDIES THEN WENDY'S ALSO.

I was looking for the Hardies website to complain when yours came up. Our Hardies only reopened lately and people were hoping to keep it open this time. It has very little business and looks closed most of the time due to no activity or cars. The McDonalds across the street is packed with drive-thru business. Sunday evening I went to the Hardies drive-thru and waited, and waited, and waited. I had been greeted by the automatic question lady and acknowledged and said, no thank you. When I gave up I found the manager in the parking lot visiting with a pick-up truck person and the girl at the window hanging half-way out helping with the conversation. We were the only two vehicles in the lot. They just looked and me with a "glad your gone," look as I left. How can a franchise operate like this? (Nevada, MO)

When I went to the Hardies in Jackson, Tn the people at the counter were filthy (in my opinion)... one had no teeth and her hair was up in many pig tails (scraggly) and their clothes looked like they rolled in mud and I couldn't even get manager to come to the counter. Going back to any Hardies'?? Not a chance

Hardies tricked people to come back by telling us they had a new improved burger. Yes it's more edible then their last. But they are false advertising. The new angus burger isn't 100% beef. It is made from 100% beef. It's nothing more then a cheap salisbury steak type patty. So don't be fooled. When we seen the new mouth watering comercial we just couldn't wait to try it. However we went into several Burger kings in Springfield and St Lois and waited in line for over 30 mins each time. No the chains weren't busting with a rush crowd. They had some really dumb employees who couldn't get along or even understand what the customers and their coworkers were saying. When they finally took our order they screwed it up and gave us the wrong food. Maybe there have been a lot of people fooled by the new thick burger. We weren't fooled and we're never going to eat there again. If there is nothin else open we will starve b4 we ever eat there again. Hardies SUCKS!
