This is my local, go-to place for breakfast. Regular breakfast plates feature three eggs rather than 2. Great bacon. Both O'Brien potatoes and hash browns are excellent. Country fried steak can be iffy. Eggs Benedict is good. Chorizo and eggs are excellent. Regular coffee refills. This is a no frills place open for breakfast and lunch until 2 pm. Servers are friendly and attentive

When they say "Best Breakfast iin Town", they ain't kidding... Fresh squeezed (and I do mean fresh) orange juice, real butter, food made from scratch... My favorite thing there is chicken fried steak and eggs, along with home fries, and biscuits, with a side of their delicious gravy... Definitely a must-see...

The place is country themed. The servers are very friendly and quick. The menu items are limited. They have your basic omellets, eggs, pancakes, bkfst burritos, etc., but no variety of pancakes, skillets, waffles, or anything stuffed. The serving sizes are hearty. It's not the best breakfast place I have been to but it does beat IHOP for me.

The yellow, rectangular sign over the entrance boldly states "Best Breakfast in Town." No false advertising here. Farm-style decor, mostly chickens and ducks, hangs on the wood-paneled walls. The restaurant prides itself on serving quality ingredients, from real butter to Yuban coffee to delicious fresh-squeezed Sunkist orange juice, which I highly recommend.(Cynthia Rupe, SqueezeOC)

The first Arthur's opened in Downey in 1969. Breakfast specials Monday-Friday. Regular breakfast items range about $7-$8, and the menu also offers lunch items like hamburgers and chili.
