If you want big pancakes,this is the place to go.They fill a large plate and are the thinner type and are a perfect dark brown when they come to you.You can get 3 but i do 2 and am very full after that.I am a very picky eater but Burlington Cafe gets my vote for best pancakes around.

Can not find one flaw in this place-absolutely the best breakfast around. Try the Vegie Browns, the Salmon Benedict or one of several omelets-you won't be disappointed.
