Living in Florida, we dream and drool about the raspberry pancakes, the maple sugar candy, and really ALL of their menu items. We visit family in Vermont and only wish we could visit more often...it ALWAYS entails multiple trips to Eaton's. I hope someday when we retire, we can have a summer camp around the corner from there. I am also hoping we can visit next month for our pancake fix!

very rustic and a very nice gift shop. lots of treasures to be found there.

We found this on the way to Northern VT several years ago. This place may have the best pancakes I have ever tasted. If you are into grilled cheese, that is right up there to. While it has lost a little something when it changed hands, it is still well worth the trip from MA. We make the two hour trek a few times each year.
