Organic and fresh ingredients and a very creative chef make the Tourqoise one of the all time great breakfast spots - anywhere in the US. Most of the breakfast items are recipes I have never seen anywhere else and are all made from scratch gourmet meals. They create their own spice mixes and have interesting combinations. Try the blue corn migas, or the home made corn beef hash w/ poached eggs, or portugese breakfast stew, or breakfast burrito, or oatmeal with maple nut cream - the menu pops with incredibly made, spicy creations.

Great food, great music, great company! This place will make you feel like you're eating in your grandma's kitchen, and serve you gourmet style breakfast! My favorite meal? Blue Corn Migas. Check it out!!
