I absolutely love this place. It offers a very "mom's kitchen" environment and food quality. I don't think I have had anything I didn't like on the menu. One fav is the beef stew, it's hearty and leaves me stuffed to the rim. I recommend 1000 times over you will not be disappointed.

Would have given 0 stars if I could. 1st time at this establishment and I sit in a corner booth. Only to be told to move because the booth is for four people. The clincher is.... I was moved to a table that seats four to allow a family of ONLY four ( same ethnicity of owner) to sit in the booth I was moved from.
Later he tries to explain that table was reserved (no sign) & the other family arrived before me (no one was in front of me when I walked in & I'd been sitting at table for 5 minutes). Don't know if he was being racist or what. But what I do know is that I will NEVER return.

This is my home away from home. I can make gravy, but I can't do biscuits. Not only is this place great for b'fast, lunch is awesome as well. Tuesdays is Beef tips & rice, Friday & Sunday it's meatloaf. You cannot go wrong at the Main St.

I've been reviewing places to have breakfast at for some time now.we came across this breakfast joint after people mentioning this great breakfast joint for some time. Yes, I found a gem. Not only are the prices great but the staff is friendly and the food is southern-style comforting. Two people, hungry time specials, drinks included! My bf had Grilled pork chops 3 eggs hash browns bread.I had hamburger steak 3 eggs hash browns biscuits and gravy for about $18.. I was stuffed. It was delicious!!!!!

The worst place to eat at, the service was awful, they had one waiter for the entire restaurant. We waited 20 minutes to be offered a menu, waited another 20 to put in our order and the food came and it was cold and dry like it was sitting on a counter for a while. Plus the prices were high, $32 for breakfast for 2 people, ridiculous. Never again will I go there!

WOW, I don't know how they manage such good service AND quality food while being so crowded!!!
We had breakfast in the middle of the day during the "after church rush" :) It was the best service!! Those girls were really moving - very good service!! My husbands fried eggs & pork chop meal; the eggs were perfect and he loved the meal - I loved the food (they make very good biscuits). The price was a shocker!! Very economical!! I don't say that lightly :) and NO I am not related to the owner LOL
* If some one asked, I would definately reccomend this place AND I would take my out of town guests to brunch here in a heartbeat*

This cafe is a regular for us. We discovered it several years ago. We have a very high standard for our food and this cafe meets it everytime we go. We have had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and have not been dissapointed yet. The hamburger steak with grilled onions and brown gravey is wonderful.
The staff is very friendly and the service is good.

We went to this restaurant because I had only heard good things about it. We will not go back. The atmosphere is what really brings it down. There was some sort of smell when we went it that immediately put us off and although we weren't expecting a high class diner, we did not expect the stuffing to be coming out of the seats. It just seemed messy. The good was OK although mine came out cold and the servers were very nice. Breakfast was only 5.29 for 3 eggs, bacon, sausage and a pancake but it just didn't make up for everything else.

A breakfast delight, tucked out of the way. Eggs are good and breakfast for 2 with coffee was less than $12 Overall the food was good and a great local hangout that is always busy!
